I would like to thank you and your staff for the great care and handling of all concerns I had for Maxine Wanbaugh during her residence at Cottage # 10.

Gerry and Elva at Cottage # 10 did a great job caring and comforting her. You can’t believe the peace of mind it gave me in knowing she was in their care. Your cousin Ernie and Lara gave her great support during her stay there too.

Also, Jacque, thank you very much for the family discount Maxine received. It was very generous and very much appreciated.

Thanks so much for marshaling the resources when I needed help with mom’s care and for checking in on Mom and me. As a result of your help, Mom’s comfort level was increased and I became more peaceful.

Irvine Cottages staff made Mom feel safe, comfortable and loved. For that, my family and I are very, very grateful.

We are enjoying the beautiful plant you sent, Mom loved plants, as we do.
